STARTING PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that after my thorough survey and from the infromation from friends, my brother's son Jatin Prakash Hotwani, has purchased CBF STUNNER (CBF125MC) from Sterling Honda, Pimpri, Pune 411018 showroom, vide Inv. No.11NO8827 dated 9.1. The Registration No. of vehcile isMH14DD7579.

Jatin, is persuing MBBS course from Govt. Medical College, Miraj and he has taken the said vehicle there.

The first service of the vehilce was done at Miraj, through your authorised dealer Millennium Motors, Miraj Road, Sangli 414416.

However, from Feb. vehilce was giving great problem of starting. As it is only battery start, lot of hardship is faced by Jatin. In this connection he has dropped the vehicle for said purpose to your dealer Millennium Motors, Sangli, and they have suggested that the Exide battery is faulty, as per the claim form no.2405 dated 17.3.12 of Millennium Motors, Sangli. However the same battery was returned by Exide stating that the BATTERY OK, vide their Challan No. SAN/SAN/12/3718 dt.24.3.12 of Exide Industries Ltd., which means that battery was returned after 8 days and the said vehilce was with your authroised dealer at Sangli for more than 10 to 12 days. During this period Jatin, has followed with the dealer lot of times, by taking his time from his hard studies.

The vehilce when it runs for 10 to 12 kms, then there is no prblem of starting. But next day in the morning or when it is ideal for 3 to 4 hours, it gives starting problem.

After getting the delivery of said vehilce, after 2-3 days, the same problem remains unchanged and he has to spend lof of time to start the vehicle or follow up with your dealer.

You may say that the problem with the vehilce is because of battery, but please note that we have purchased the vehilce from Honda Showroom and we are not concerned with Exide.

I have narrated my problem and request your goodself to please try to resolve the same immediately. I am an uncle of Jatin (Kripal Hotwani, Mobile No.9823228457). Please depute your sales/service team member to inspect the vehicle and the problem should be resolved once for all. However, with due constrains, i have to go for other alternative, which may not suit your organisation.
