i am writing to you after frustration and inform you with pain.i had given my car on first service (7/12) to pinkcity honda v.k.i, jaipur.the person madam POONAM has attend us. After four hours when i reached to receive my car, i saw that the car is not clean properly, dust, stains, even mirror are also not cleaned properly.i told to madam and she checkout this and promised me to fix this problem in just five minutes.but more than fifteen minutes there is no outcome. i went to the office, and talk to Mr. VINOD SHARMA, Sr. SERVICE MANAGER (9887300051), he understand my problem and feel sorry for his stuff.he saw the car, and my car again back to the service station.after half an hrs, car came out but the problem was not solved, same stains on alloy wheel, on gates, nothing happen.again i reached to mr, VINOD SHARMA for this problem, third time again car went to service station, this time i also went their to see the actual situation of my car.i saw that my car is in same condiation as i had left, lots of mud, stains, dust, on every part of my car (muffler, sus.arm, running board, mud flaps, inner tyre, alloys, )nothing was cleaned.for proof i have pics, which shows you the truth of honda service station.their was a person Mr. VINOD SHAINI, i asked him about this service, he told me that it is not possible to us to give the kind of service which i want.your acceptation is more higher than what we provide.we are SORRY.seriously it was very insulting for me, i saw people making fun, making faces, and no body is their to listen me.it is painful. Everybody is rotating me day by day but there is no outcomes. IS THIS HONDA KNOWN FOR.Honda should look into it about their servicing partners and the quality of service being provided, as we pay a big amount to get the services. I am highly dissatisfied with your service.
