Dear Mr Takedagawa,

I write to you with a deep sense of disappointment.

My car Honda City automatic DL03CP6852 which has done only about 45, 000 kms, has been lying at your ‘Southend Honda’ Saket Motors Pvt Ltd, Service Garage for over 2 months and three weeks since 02 June for repairs and till today, 22 Aug it is still awaiting spare parts.

I had gone to Simla hills and while driving on the Kalka-Simla road the automatic gear stopped functioning and I moved the car by crane, over 300 kms, to Southend Honda my service garage for repairs.

This incident has personally caused me unbelievable harassment, inconvenience and annoyance for such an extended period of time, especially, when considering that I am over 80 years of age.

This entire episode speaks volumes of the management.

I request that Honda Motors looks into this and takes every speedy measure to return my car duly repaired.
