I have purchased a Maruti Suzuki WagonR VXI Petrol, from Sky Automobiles Limited, BHUBANESWAR, ORISSA. on 23/08. And I handed over car to the dealer on 24/09 for the verry first free servicing with the sales manager of SKY AUTOMOBILES, BHUBANESWAR. But when I received the car, I found the toolkit & the Cigar lighter was missing. Immediately I reported the matter to the Manager as well as to the person who drove the vehicle to the service centre. Both the people assured me to give my kits the very next day. But till now they are not giving me my kits. Realy I am quite fade-up asking them my kits. Now I can't go out without toolkits. Please look after the matter & advise the dealer to give me my NEW TOOLKITS & CIGARLIGHTER. OWNER OF THE CAR- Mr. SAMIR DAS.
