Dear Sir,
I have bought one honda city from crytal Honda, Pune . there has been finishing mismatch at the rear right side, ...the car body with the bonnet. When addresed d i was told that it is that was only and there is nothing wrong.
I had doubts and got it checked out side and found out that its a manufacturing fault and there is breakage of joint in car body. Please help solve this.
Further i have bought this car on 27th May and within 15 days the price was dropped by 60, 000/- and further Rs 50, 000/- cash discount and Rs 15, 000/- corporate discount is being offered. That make the difference to 125000/-
I think that being a reputed company should compensate customers in cash or kind because the price fall is very high and is within few days of purchase.
I was being told that the warrant is decreased but that makes a difference of Rs 15000/- only. Please Help.
