Non availeblity of spare parts

A truck came and hit on the back of my new HONDA DIO on 24/6 (KL-11-AH-7929) (Violet) which is purchased on 23/04 (invoice number- BV344). As a result of this the back part is

damaged, Break light, left side body cover and Sticker (Violet) (only back part), also fiber Part at the back of dio (back lock attached part) and Left side signal Light. After that I visited the Honda dealer in

Kozhikode (K T C Motors) as I purchased the bike from there. Every time I told them to change the parts broken in accident. But there was no stock of new Dio parts. They told me that "we are

forwarding order to the company for new parts. I visited for 6 to 7 times but they told me that they don’t know about commence of parcel (parts). At Last I met the Parts Manager SANTHAKUMAR for

replace the parts as early. I also called the parts section Manager of Honda Mr RAHUL He told me that to contact the Dealer KTC Honda Calicut and to inform him the part numbers of necessary parts.

But after that I visited the showroom and talked to Santhakumar regarding the problem. But he did not do any further steps to get the parts from HONDA .Then I collected the parts numbers and send SMS

to Parts Manager RAHUL three times. But there is no response from RAHUL also. In this condition how I can get new spare parts from HONDA. I want them to deliver the parts immediately.
