Sir, I have purchased Eterno Scooter Regd No DL 8S AJ 8849 from M/s Globus Motors (P) Ltd A-22 Guranwala Town GTK Road N Delhi on 12 Dec Which is under extended warrenty up to five years and also under AMC for regular services at M/s Globus Motors (P) Ltd Workshop at GTK Road N Delhi. Regular services are being done for my scooter at M/s Globus Workshop right from the date of purchase.
For the first time Cluch Plates originally fitted in the scooter got failed after appro 18500 Km and was changed on 05 Oct at Globus workshop with the charges of Rs 867/-vide invoice No 09IWO7998. Second time again Clutch Plates of my scooter failed completion of just 26400Km (Cluch plates got failed just after completion of 26400-18500= 7900Km) Globus service center again changed the clutch Plates on 17 April vide invoice No 10 IW 00670 with charges of RS 950/-. Third time again Clutch plates got after completion of just 33000 Km (This time Clutch Plates got failed after Completion of Just (33000-26400=6600KM). Again Globus service center changed the clutch plates on 10 Dec vide invoice No 10IW 10002 with charges.
Now again my scooter has just completed 34 500 Km as on 25 Jan (ie only 1500Km after change of cluch plates on 10 Dec) again clutch plates of my Scooter again got failed.
From the above, it is very clear that either the Quality of Clutch plates is very poor as compared to original fitted with scooter or Globus service do have the Skilled Workers to Fit the Clutch Plates. Failing of Clutch Plates just after 1500 Km as compared to 18500KM fitted with original shows very very poor quality.
In view of you are requested to resolve the above problem at the earliest. M/s Globus Service center is not taking any responsibility/Warrenty of clutch plated fitted by them even for the single day.
