Dear Sir,
I purchased one Honda Aviator Scooter on 10/05 from your dealer Lake city Honda at Udaipur rajesthan
In the last week of June 10, at the time of first free service I have lodged verbal complaint regarding Disc Brek & Wheel jam
I was surprised none of my complaint was attended and they have returned my scooter on the same millage on which I had handed over the scooter for servicing.
On next I have notice that after driving my vehicle Frant wheel &back tyre. Jam On the same day, I have again lodged the complaint to the service station of the dealer, but they refused to lodged any written complaint and just wrote my complaint on owner's manual and inform me that this is no problem.
on 19 sep 2011 i give the vehical same complen he rilised the vehical 28 sep.2011 but not solved my problam.
Further, 03 nov.2011 to till date my vehical in your auth.work shop due to no avlebality of parts
So, it is to request you to do the needful and help us to provide me vehical in o k condication
