I am the not so proud owner of a Honda Aviator Scooter. I had a accident on May 9th and consequently had given the scooter to the Honda Service center. My scooter had been lying with them for more around 4 months because of non availability of parts. In fact I was shocked to see scooters lying for around 8 months for the non availability of parts. I wrote several and also made phone calls to no avail. Lastly I heard about you people and thought about contacting you. Pls help.
It is interesting to know that a new brand new Aviator Scooter is being delivered by the company in 25 days whereas the same company is not being able to provide parts for the same scooter in 4 months.
Further after waiting several months for parts many of the people have started taking away broken/unfit scooters for use. This is a dangerous scenario which the company is not even bothered to address.
