Sir, My wife had purchased a white Activa Scooter from Beeaar Honda a dealer of Honda at Lucknow on 3.07.2011 within 3 days of the purchase the Scooter developed self problem and the Auto start did not work I made a personal complaint to the showroom upon which I was advised to visit the service Station there The battery of the Scooter was charged and the vehicle was returned back but within 5 days the same problem reoccurred thereafter on the first service I made the complaint again the battery was charged and the vehicle was returned within 3-4 days the same problem resurfaced and within next few days the Kick ratchet broke and the kick was jammed whereupon the mechanic of the Company visited my house and somehow started the vehicle and asked me to come to the service station the next day on the next day the kick was made functional but the problem with the battery persisted upon complaints and visit to the service station it was informed that the battery would be replaced and the battery and service book was taken from me and after 15 days the battery was replaced but within 4-5 days the problem of self reappeared this time when I took the vehicle to the service station after retaining the vehicle for whole day when in the evening I went back I was told that the problem has been rectified and in front of the staff when i started the vehicle it did not start by self start and I was asked to come back again the next day again the whole process was repeated and at the time of Taking back the vehicle the self start was working but as on today i.e. 14.10.2011after barely three days The problem has come up again I have made numerous complaint but my problem falls on deaf ears so please help me
