I am an Army Officer and is in possession of Honda IVTEC (SMT, model 2009) Regn No CH04J-1845.On 20 Dec at about 1030 hours, a school going student who was on cycle banged on my car, thus damaging the front door (driver side) after which the door did not close. I immediately took my car to your authorised show room i.e. DIVINE HONDA, dehradun. I am upset and perturbed by the unconvincing answers given to me by the employee over there. They said that the entire skin has to be changed, when enquired about the time required for the repair, they were not able to convince me and instead narrated me about the global problems of HONDA SEIL like problem in Japan and Thailand.. They said that earliest they will be able to intimate whether the part is available or notis after 03 days i.e. 72 hrs and if part is available then they will get it (Transit period -not known) and after that they will take another 03 to 04 days. Well I am posted in J&K Counter Insurgency Area and due to exgencies of service I am on very short leave. Well, as per HONDA every customer of yours are a valued customer but today I feel cheated and regretting why I bought HONDA.. Well, as a customer I am not interested about the global problems of HONDA, as far as I know I have bought a car with my hard earned money because of name HONDA .
