Honda showroom cheats the customers by billing for the unnecessary parts and services

I am Vasudeva Naryana mekla i have given honda shine vehicle to kanaka Durga Auto Mobiles at machiliapatnam, Krishna dist, Andhra Pradesh for General Service on 02/03 with invoice number 09IP00400 at that the time of servicing they said to clean the head part of the engine and to replace the accessories so that engine life will be extended and i agreed to make the necessary replacements and they charged me Rs 708/-, after two months for the next service on 19-6 they replaced again the same head and all the regarding parts of the engine without intimation and they charged of RS 1706/- . i came to know that usually the head part of the engine is required to be replaced after 7000 to 8000 KM but they changed for only 2000 KM only . being an authorised service centre they should intimate me before changing the parts, and also there is no necessary of replacing the head part of the engine . they cheating the customers by billing for the unnecessary parts and service. i request to take necessary actions on the showroom (authorised honda showroom machilipatnam). i have attached the billings and invoice also.
