SERVICING PROBLEM DUE TO DIFFERENT DATES ON BILL AND SERVICE BOOK

RESPECTED SIR,

I AM FROM JALGAON AND WORKING AT PUNE. I PURCHASED A HONDA SHINE BIKE FROM RAM HONDA, JALGAON, MAHARASHTRA-425001 ON 17TH AUGUST.BY MISTAKE THE OFFICER PUT THREE DIFFERENT DATES ON SERVICE BOOK, FINAL BILL AND TAX RECEIPT. THEN WHEN I HAD GONE FOR SERVICING AT STERLING HONDA (ROHAN HONDA), PUNE-MUMBAI HIGHWAY, CINCHWAD, PUNE; THEY PEOPLE REFUSED TO DO THE SERVICING DUE THE REASON OF DIFFERENT DATES.

THEN I VISITED RAM HONDA SHOWROOM AND GET THE DATES CHANGED FROM THE AUTHORISED PERSON WITH HIS SIGNATURE AND STAMP. STILL THE OFFICER FROM STERLING HONDA IS NOT READY FOR SERVICING.

NOW BOTH THE DEALERS ARE NOT ENTERTAINING ME FROM LAST 1 WEEK. I WANT YOU TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
