STARTING TROUBLE

When gone through the features I was impressed with Unicorn, I didn't bother to buy it in full cash payment though the bike is costlier. I meant to say only the fact that since the very first day of drive I am experincing : 1battery complaint 2. starting complaint and missing (such a feeling that the fuel is not flowing to the engine) 3.hast to kick many times to start (when self start is not working due to troubled battery). Obviously I approched my nearby service centre The peeyam Honda, payyanur, Kannur, then to the other one The poineer in Kannur (only for tghe battery checking). So sad to comment that the services were very poor and the initiation to sort out my issues were nil. Now it has driven 6000 kms and the 4th service has been finished from the same service centre. After being disturbed and lost confidence, I requested them to replace the battery atleast and they said it will take a minimum of 1 month, frankly saying i have been driving my "DEAREST HONDA UNICORN" with out battery, else to say WITH OUT horn, headlight, mtrs in this rainy season and even by suffering rest results of poor free service quality. Now I am here as best example of a VICTIM WHO TRUST THE HONDA BIKE AND THEIR SERVICE SOPPORTERS.Being one who worked in pure customer service sector for abt 10 yrs in india and abroad this expereince are even beyond my or anybody's emagination.
