Break applying & Fork & Handbar Problem

Hi Team,

I have purchased Honda Unicorn bike in KUN Honda, Chennai Ashok Nagar, 4th Avenue in the year 2009.

In this connection, i have serviced my bike in KUN Honda, Ashok Nagar Service show room neqarly 5-6 times, each time i had raised the complaint that my bike break apply & Hand bar&fork was not working fine for all the times, but the result was nothing, again i went to J.S.P Service Show room, Annanagar, there also i had raised the same problem, no use in this regards. Ultimately customers are facing the problem. Who will rectify this

Pls let us know, who will take care of this type of complaints.

As a Honda brand name, this type of customer complaints has to be rectified immediately then & there, but lack of proper Services by the bike service providors, Honda company name spoils.

Pls initiate to take proper steps, pls revert as soon as possible for my complaint.
