This is Ranjit Soutadekar, Latur. I brought Honda Unicorn (Not button Start) on 26th March. Since that date I never have any problem with that bike. Thats one of the good bike. But on 16th June I had got kick problem. The kick of bike is not working. So that my bike doesnt starts. So I went to the Honda Showroom. One part (so called Kick Rachet, dont know the exact word) (rather you can say the concern person wont tell that parts exact name or even its code no.) that the kick rachet is now working properly. They told me that I will get that part within a week. So since last week of June I am waiting for that part. Even I do enquiries in Various Honda showrooms in Maharashtra. Everyone told me that the part is not available. Since near to 2 months I am suffering because of that part because my bike is at home since that date.
So request to Company that Pls provide these types of parts to avoid customers suffering. Yet I wont get that part. I am in daily contact with Honda showroom. Yet they wont give me neither the part nor any specific date that when should I can get the part.
