Poor service and consumer irritation

Hi,

i really agree with the mail posted by u. Surya Honda, chennai really does shits in the name of service. I too bought an unicorn and got a starting problem and bike imbalance in it which is a manufacturin defect. i left the bike for service so many times taking leave from my concern. i found that only my time is wasted and not the service properly done. even i have mailed so many times stating the problem thro their portal. but no responce from their side. In myside the situation is quite horrible. they left me stating that starting problem is quite common in all the bike. i m upset how come a 150cc evolving all the techologies will find such an issue. in the side of bike imbalance, i mean that while driving when we take the hands from handle bar it should go straight. but mine does not. even i roded with a mechanic riding my bike. he was shaking heads yes when i made him notice the fault. but he casually said no problem in the bike wen we approached the service manager. even they said we ll call an engineer to check on this. that idiot too said it is becoz of the roads and not on the bike. i got really vexed up seeing that fuckers.

but i dont find anyother way to complain on them and stop doing this to the customers like us.
