SUBJECT: ABNORMAL DELAY TO SUPPLY SPARE PARTS FOR HONDA UNICORN (TN 63 F 3730)
Sir,
1.My two wheeler (Honda Unicorn) bearing registration number was left at your authorized dealer, Kun Honda at Ashok Nagar, Chennai on 21st May. Service center informed me that Silencer, Petrol tank, Engine Case etc are to be replaced.
Initially, I was told that the spare parts required are not readily available and would be changed within a period of one week after the receipt of same from your firm.
However to my surprise, the spare parts have not been changed till date as the dealer says that the items are not yet supplied by your firm instead of their repeated reminders.
2. I purchased the vehicle of your make with more expectation but I am now more frustrated since my vehicle lies idle at the service center for more than a month due to non availability of spares.
3. I am now finally forced to knock your door for the early supply of the req. items on priority to the above dealer.
The service center may also be advised to carry out the repair of my vehicle without further delay.
I am sure that you will do the needful.
