Parcel way bill items not delivered till date

I have booked my house hold articles vide way bill no H 874714 dt 29.09.2011 from Kalka to Howrah. but till now I have not received my household items which weighs 98 Kg. I do not have any contact no of the parcel office of Howrah and do not have any idea by which train the parcel reached.

Please help me in giving the Howrah parcel office no. and if possible give the correct information regarding whether the parcel sent or not.
