STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND, AS PER UR REPLY I SHOULD HAVE GOT MY MONEY LONG BACK.

CAN YOU JUST TELL ME HOW YOU PEOPLE TRANSFERED THE MONEY AND THROUGH WHICH BANK.

PLEASE TELL ME MR WHETHER YOU PEOPLE ARE GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY OR NOT.

I MAILED YOU AFTER THAT ALSO BUT YOU DIDNT BOTHERED TO REPLY.

BY SEEING THAT IT IS NOTICED THAT HOW YOU PEOPLE ARE SINCERE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER'S.AFTER THAT WHEN I CALLED BRIJESH (GOIBIBO-EXECUTIVE)-HE TOLD ME THAT THE TRANSACTION ID WHICH SUMANT GAVE WAS NOT CORRECT AND HE GAVE ME ANOTHER TRANSACTION ID i.e MHDF 0828214525 INR-2894 FEW DAYS BACK.

SO, ANYONE IN GOIBIBO CAN TELL ME THAT TO WHOM I SHOULD BELIEVE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM KEEPING ALL YOUR REPLIES AND MAILS AND TELEPHONIC CONVERSATIONS AS A RECORD FROM YOUR SIDE WHAT EVER YOU PEOPLE TOLD ME OK.AND ON BASIS OF THAT A STRONG CASE OF FRAUD, MISLEADING AND MENTAL DEPRESSION CAN BE FIRED AGAINST YOUR COMPANY.

SO, AGAIN I AM REQUESTING YOU TO KINDLY SOLVE THIS ISSUE AND REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE ITS ENOUGH OF TIME OVER NOW.

Thank you for writing to us regarding your refund. I will personal look at your case and ensure closure on the same by Tuesday.

As I understand the request was placed on 2nd September for your ticket, we will process the refund after deducting the Airline Cancellation fee of INR 750. The refund should reflect in your account within 3 working days from Tomorrow.

i booked my ticket on 28th of august (PNR-LYJFCW) and i cancelled it on 2nd of sep through online from your website and the cancellation code is, but after waiting for almost half a month i got a refund of only 185/- on 18th sep and since that time am doing follow up with your executives-Mr.rajesh paul and brijesh, they are just passing time and delaying the issue and telling saying that "Sir, you will get the refund and we will call you and update up", but that is not happening, am not getting any call from their side, and today almost one and half month is over but still i have not received any confirmation from your side.and today i spoke with your another senior executive Miss. Neha, she told me to wait for another 4 working days i.e till 20th of oct.but after that if i will not get my money back then i have to go OFFICIALLY through CONSUMER COURT.

As per your discussion, I would like to confirm that the cancellation request for your mentioned ticket with pnr LYJFCWis processed and the refund for the same has been initiated in your account. The refund will reflect in your account within 10 working days.

I received this mail regarding the refund of my cancelled ticket. Here

you have mentioned that i will receive a refund of Rs 185 only. But the

ticket amount is around 3900, How come you are deducting that much

amount, i want the explaination of this unnecessary deduction. Because

as per the records i cancelled my ticket on 2nd sep and the date of

journey was on 4th sep, so there should be an proper cancellation

charges, why you are deduction so much of my amount and that too also

after doing soo much of followup done by me because i never received

any call from your side regardin the refund. I want a proper

explaination from your side by your next working day.
