Hyundai Eon Car
Not getting registration papers

Dear Sir,

I hv purchase Eon magna (O) (Chasis no -022508, Engine no - 012637) vehicle on 01.01.12 from Saini Hyundai Kolkata. Even after 2 months i didn't recieve registration paper, Tax token, insurance paper etc. I paid entire money in advance to dealer. I hv been given assurance by dealer to get all complete papers within a week of delivery of vehicle. Due to non reciept of papers i am unable to ply my vehicle which is causing great loss to me both monetary & mentally. Inspite of making full payment to dealer i am debarred from enjoying the benefits of being a car owner.

I therefore lodge a complain against Saini Hyundai Kolkata to get earliest redressal of my papers.

I need all my papers at the earliest. Pl. help me in getting my papers.
