I Dr vandan shah had taken delivery of i-10 from your Dealer sharma hyundai on11th Dec .idrive hardly 3 kms
from the show room & the tyre was flat (rear left) i complained at showroom & They ask me to
get the tyre checked, unluckily there were 3 small pieces of nails which has affected the tyre in this position
For the same I made 3calls toyour call centre but ididnot get any response for the same .onthe other hand iget good response from dealer.
Atleast when acostmer is complaining i aspect acall from your company's
service dept, which till today nosuch reply.
It is my feeling that company is only interested in selling not in after sale service.
