Regret to inform you till date I have not got the final resolution for the Hyundai I10 which has some technical proble which cannot be identified by the local incompetent dealer..

Subject – Complain against Hyundai I10which has some technical issue which cannot be identifed by the local incompetent team which has given me money loss of 12000 and time loss (Daily routine got disturbed)...
I have been coordinating with local Hyundai dealer of satna whose detail is mentioned below:-

My car has some technical issue due to which it was sent to local showroom for resolution and finally the showroom team kept it for 4 days and returned saying the issue has been rectified and charged RS-1000... 2 days later again the problem occured and they suggested that your car has a issu with battery, please change --I finally bought a new battery for 29000 and trown my old EXIDE original battery and finally loaded the battery and left for the vacation with complete family, 50 km away from the city the car started with same problem and whole family stuck at mid of the road just because of incompetent team of hyndai I10 who are even not aware about the actual problem. Somehow i managed to book a rented car and send my family to the destination...
In totality i occured a loss of 10900 and loss of time..
Shoeroom charge--1000
New battery -- 2900
Old battery which was declared dead by hyundai team--4500
Car booked on rent at mid of journey& 2500
I am again asking showroom guy to collect the car tomorrow and check what the actual issue and get back with the final solution..
Request you to look into the matter and
Please compensate the loss and deliver the car immediately.
