I have hyuandai i20 (HR21D8313) which is in service station (M R hyuandai). gzb (UP).from last 22 days, i am facing some AC problem from last 2 month, they told me some AC pipe is broken. so i am ready to change this pipe ASAP, after changing this pipe they sayes comprasser problem is there, so i say change this in warranty becouse my car is in warrenty.
after this they told me that this is not done in warranty so you have to pay almost 22000 and change this.
then i go to customer care and register my problem on 13 sep. but after 48 working hour means 17sep i call back to customer care then mr. neeraj sats there is no complan so please tell me how can i help you sir???
after register my complain he told me you gat a call on monday (19SEP) then we solve this..
at the time i am suffring with very poor poor poor very poor experince with hyundai I20..
so dont go with hyundai...
