IJUST WANT TO MAKE YOU AWARE ABOUT YOUR OWNER MR.SACHIN at C.B GANJ showroom that he is so much rough with customers and his way of taking to customers is not at all good and we cant tolrate this kind of behavior of him because we are not your servents we buy cars from your showroom by paying money. so he is not having any right to be rude and rough with us.we cannot tolrate his this rash and rough behaviour so i kindly reguest you to please make him aware that how to speak to custumers.
After purchasing the car when customers goes for paid service the dealer makes very heavy billof service without taking any consent from the customer which hurts him alot and he becomes frustate why he has purchased HUNDAI car, which affects the sale as well as goodwill of HUNDAI COMPANY.I had personally faced the same problem from the dealer regarding the service and accidental claim presently. This experience compell me to either sale my HUNDAI i10 or go for service to other near by dealer, which many of the customers are doing.
I kindly request you to please appoint a another new dealer at bareilly and you will see the difference between the both.you may also send your confidential executive without informing the concern dealer for physical verification of the job done at the showroom.
