Non refund of payment made towards failed booking

Dear sir,

i tried to make a booking from Agartala to Guwahati twice on 12/12 and once on 13/12 for two passengers Mr. Vidya Bhushan & Ms Kanti Devi, however booking was not successful due to non-availability of flight. however payment amounting to Rs.4484/- was deducted on all three occasions from my credit card.

the same has not been refunded back till date i.e. after 45 days, though the normal time for refunds is 6-7 working days.

please look into matters and suggest me the available legal recourse.
