Air India Express
No refund after cancellation of flight

My Air India Express flight DXB -IXE departing at 7/22 9:15:00 AM (Date is in mm/dd/yyyy format) has been cancelled but I can not get a refund back. The staff in their office in Dubai never answer the phone (It's a;ways engaged) and emails go unanswered. Several of my friends who used to fly by AIE have had similar experience. This is so unfair. I will be writing to the local newspapers about this just to warn the NRIs about this problem.
