My auto had gone under a minor accident a month ago. We have registered a claim to ICICI LOMBARD helpline. The complain no is MOT02109654.but unfortunatly after several reminders to the local officer Mr Alok Kumar Pandey and Mr vivek we have not received any survey till date.after several complaints to above officer. It seems that they are misguiding us on the Issue
