INSURANCE RENEWAL

COVER NOTE# 51709075 & COMPLAINT # 30041029

It was a mis guided by a call center person.

My car insurance policy was expired on 26/4/10, 29/4/10 I called ICICI (18002098888) for renewal, call center person committed that insurance cover note will be sent by e-mail address with in 5 min time & surveyor will call & inspect the car next day. Based on his commitment I gave my credit card number for renewal.

True color of ICICI LOMBARD is that till date (6/5/10) I didn't get any policy from ICICI. After raising complaint, other call center person told because of technical problem cover note didn't come, within 2 working days. policy will be in the mail.

Since there is no responds from ICICI, I have followed up for the policy & they sent a sms that it will take another 5 working days for policy.

I have made at least 20-30 calls for following up this issue & this how ICICI works.

Dear READERS, My request to you is never ever go with ICICI insurance. If they can take so long for issueing the policy, I suspect that we may not get claims from ICICI insurance.
