Dear Sir / Mam,

As i have email so many times about my genuine problem (given bellow) in your AIR ASIA website (contact us service) on 18/11/09, 20/11/09 and 21/11/09. But till now i have not get any reply from your side.

I am feeling very sorry to inform you that we cannot travel on that day due to my Father-In-Law expired on 13th of this month, for which I have provided you the death certificate along with passport details in the attached file for verification purpose. In Hindu Rituals we cannot go anywhere for 2 month.

So I kindly request you to make some possibilities for us.

1. Ticket Refund,

2. Date Change, or

3. Transfer of ticket to my other family person name.

I hope we will surely get the help for this genuine reason from your side. Waiting for your kind reply at earliest.

Still waiting for your reply as its a high time for our flight date, Why you are not reply at least i should get a proper reply, so that i can take a decision, As you are Such a Big airlines and not reply for 2 of my emails dated 18/11/09 and 20/11/09.

Dear Sir/Mam,

Please refer to your email dt :- 18/11/09, in which I have mentioned our genuine problem of Death of my Father-In-Law, but didn’t get any reply till now, As the traveling Date is very near dt-23/11/09. So I request you to consider the matter as a special case.

I hope we shall get the reply by return mail.

This is to inform you that we have a booking on 23rd November from Kolkata - Kuala Lumpur – Kolkata with a great pleasure as we were going International tour for 1st time.
