YOUR CUSTOMER CARE INTIMATES CHANGE OF BOARDING FOR E-TICKETS TO BE DONE BY PRS, BUT BINNAGURI-PRS SAFELY DENIES SUCH FACCILITIES AND DOESE SO IN EXTREM RUDE ATTITUDE. SAME ALSO WITH RAILWAY OFFICIALS AT BINNAGURI RYLY STATION.

TO THE EXTENT THAT PRS AND STATION STATE TO HAVE NO COMPLAINT BOOKS FOR SUCH TRIVIAL ISSUES AND TO SORT THE SAME WITH PRS OFFICIALS.

THEY HAVE VICIOUS VIEWS TO ALL E-BOOKINGS OF TICKETS.
