This is to say that Complaint had Insured his vehicle by IFCCO-TOKIO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANAY LTD. vide policy No. 42450574 Expire on dated 15-04. On 05-08 the vehicle met an accident. The information of accident was reported to the above said company and after that the survey was conduct by the company surveyor. The approx. estimate of vechile repair was put up by the Nainital motor Pvt. Ltd. Haldwani, to surveyor
this was eventually not agreeable by the above said insurance company. After that the above said insurance company secret managed the survey which is / was not agreeable by me and which was done jointly by Maruti Uadog Ltd. Engineer & Insurance company surveyor with out my permission.
