HARRESMENT FOR RELEASING CLAIM AMOUNT

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have Two Wheeler Insurance Policy of Iffco Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd Vide Policy No.42283322.

My Two Wheeler has damage in accident at last week of December'2009 and i have claimed in insurance company for about Rs. 2700 /-. but yet i have not received any claim amount or any rejection replay from Insurance company.

According to company agent Mr. Kunal and Mr. Ozas (of IFFCO-TOKOI, Nariman Point Branch). according to above said persons my Insurance Policy is INFORCE status, so der is no problem in releasing claim amount if My policy is in INFORCE status.

but still i have not received any response or claimed amount from said company.

and when ever I asked for my claim status, i havebeen harassed by three person: -

1) Mr. Narendra (SWEETU MOTORS, KANDIVALI WEST) [ my said dealer].

2) Mr. Krunal / Mr. Ozas (Agents & Branch Manger of IFFCO-TOKIO, Nariman Point Branch.)

This is my last hope for receiving claim amount, please help me out in this matter,
