RC Book Not Received

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Honda Aviator from Imperial Honda on 03/10.

My Scooter number is GJ-15 AK 1957.

I am making continous follow up for RC book with the showroom but they are not giving any answer

and the other whose bike are purchased 1 month later have received there RC book & there series start from 8.

How is it possible the series staring from 1 have not received the RC book compare to series starting from

5, 6, 7, 8?

Please help me in this matter.
