Sir,
I am an Indane customer with SHANKER GAS SERVICES, PARBATTI CHOWK, BHAGALPUR-853204.BIHAR.The cylinder that has beet delivered to my place has expired back in 2008.Its been 3 yrs that the cylinder is been expired and is still in circulation. This is exactly like a bomb being delivered and you never know when will it explode. When we tell the delivery boy that this is an expired cylinder they reply that i dont know about this you complain to the agency. When im trying to make complaint no one is receiving the phone or disconnecting it. Since in our country there is lack of awarness people dont know how to check expiry date and they take expired cylinders. This is the utmost duty of the agencies to check expiry date and then deliver. They cannot risk the life of people. I kindly request that an immediate action should be taken and our cylinder should be immediately replaced. Even care should be taken that such cylinders that are expired should be removed from circulation. My consumer no is - S22815.
