I have booked for Refilled Cylinder on 30.06.11. through my Mobile Phone. My booking no was 216419.& Memo no 8430.
On 8.08.11 I have received a SMS that my refilled cylinder has been delivered, But till today (17.08.11) I have not the said cylinder. In the mean time I have personally met the office of the said Distributor, but they gave lame excuses.
