Sir, my booking id is A20721. our two cylinders were cancelled for the month of January and march (since we were not at the home) on the date of delivery.but if a person is not available on a single day then they must try to deliver it again or should contact the concerned person but they simply canceled the booking . and also they made the booking after 21days of the cancellation and then after so much of request they didn't send the gas cylinder on the required date.
sir kindly take a strict action against the anand gas agency, gurgaon, haryana ; since not only me but many of the customers are suffering from this problem.
