Indane Gas Regulator
Not changing of reulator demanding Rs. 250

I am a holder of Indane gas connection and the gas dealer is Rajdhani Gas, Wazir pur, Delhi phone No. is 011-27251780.

My gas connection no. is T-1703. Sir my gas regulator is not working properly, I went to the Agency for changing the regulator but he refuse and demanding Rs. 250/-. I wan to know is it right. If not then sove my problem please. I have the receipt of that regulator which is want to change.
