Starting problem, break wire broken

Dear Sir

We have purchased ACCESS-125 CC scooter from you.

Now i have regret to say that i am facing self starting

problem since from bigning. Brake wire is not functioning

from one month also.

Now i want to draw your kind attention please do the

needful ASAP.
