Maruti omni
2nd gear shifting problem

Sir,

We purchased a Maruti Omni during the year 2009 june & till date it has run 14700 kms & we have completed 3 free service.

2nd gear shiting complaint is reported since purchase & 5 times we have logged in for rectifying this complaint, yet to be corrected, we request your immedeate attention on this issue either for rectification nor replacement.

Why service station are not trainned to identify the cause for complaint & rectify them.
