I am Ajay agrawal from janjgir purchased one Maruti swift vdi in jun registration no cg 11c 9500 from your authorised dealer based in bilaspur (satya auto). in last 15th may my car was accident, I had informed to dealer at korba (satya auto) same day but they didnt respond.i send my car trough my own source. i submitted all paper which is required in accident claim.
Subsequently, I had sent my car on the 19th of May'09 after giving all the details of the jobs to be done. Sir, I stay in a remote place and it is not possible for me to come to korba every now n then. I am very very disappointed with the after sales service of yours authorized dealer. I am regretting for buying a vehicle from Maruti Udyog limited. but the response is very poor.on the 5th of june my car is untouched in your service centre Overall, I had a very poor experience with satya auto korba I am surprised, being such a reputed company, how can you have dealers like this, who doe snot even understand the job or does not want to understand and is not customer friendly. SHAME ON YOU.
