Money not refunded

I booked New delhi to Indore air ticket (jet airways 9W7121) on 5th Dec noon time for journey on 6th Dec online and paid amount of Rs 2932 via netbanking. The money got deducetd from my account. However AIrline refused to acknowledge. On retrying again, another amount of Rs 2932 got dedcuted from my account and this time Jet airways accepted.

The previous transaction is still not reversed after 7 hours.

Please help in me in getting Rs 2932 back.
