CCM/Refund, South Estern Railways, Kolkata Complaints - non receipt of refund even after lapse of 7 months
Hi,
I have filed a TDR on 28th Dec and til date I have not got any refund.
Also on top of that I got a CCM regrate saying.
I called a lot of people and everybody forwarded me to other.
I am frustrated and I don't know how this system work.
Please help me out.
