NON PROVISIONING OF CLEANLINESS

I am a serving air warrior in Indian Air Force. I am glad that we have been given a good pay package to have better quality of life. Whereas, railways being a productive organisation is going down on day to day basis. I booked a tatkal ticket for tiruchendur in train No. 0659 (special?) for five passenger for the journey on 09 Jan. I have the following grievances :-

1. I was given a waiting list ticket?

2.The train was delayed without sufficient cause?

3.The train was not having a pantry car? (travelling with two minor children).

4.The toilet was full of Cockroach including the cabin itself?

5.I found variation in amount for Biryani in Erode Jn?

6.We could not sleep because of local travellers. I mean to say that for every stopping there are local passengers whom the TTEs are entertaining let it be in the night, which causes inconvenience to passengers who have booked their ticket as authorised.
