Non Receipt of refund amount for the year of 2008

I Bharat Patel

File my return for the year of 2008 and I was declare refund amount of Rs 1800 in the form Bur still I do not received the same when I check on line status of my refund it saws that Your assessment officer not sent your refund to the bankers.

So please advice me or sattele my claim as soon as possible.
