Refund of ticket money for cancelled flight

My flight NO IC 7802 from Kanpur to Delhi of 01 Sep 2010 was cancelled. I travelled by

train. At Delhi airport on 02 Sep I took a Credit Slip for Rs 2110 of Citibank

from the IA counter towards refund of the amount. Credit slip NO is 720848. I was told that the

amount will be credited to my credit card within 7 days. But it is now

16 days and the amount is not credited.

Ticket NO 0582303947284.

i have even sent a mail to IA to this email but received no reply :[email protected]
