DELAY IN REFUND AMOUNT

Dear Sir,

Namasthe. we purchased Indian Airlines tickets for Delhi to Bagdogra (02.05.2011). It is unfortunate that the flight was cancelled and thereby caused lot of inconvenience to us. However, we travelled by Spice Jet and after returning from the trip we approached the Indian Airlines office in Hyderabad and got the tickets cancelled on 11.05.2011. Airlines staff told that the amount will be refunded in 3 or 4 working days. But I am sorry to say that amount was not refunded so far. Indian Airlines anyway could not arrange any alternative for our travel and caused lot of inconvenience, now by delaying refund they are causing trouble to the customers. I request that the amount be refunded immediately.
