Not Receiving of motor Cycle

I booked my Motor cycle Splendor Plus Reg. No. MH01 RA 9502 on 11 May bill no.054840 dated 11 may from Visakhapatnam to Ballia Via Howrah but not yet received, I also complain to ballia station but not yet action been taken, Please take a nice action.
