Consumer ID Locked - Reopening

Dear Sir,

In the month of 8th Sept., 11 i went book the gas for domestic purpose. But the Gas agency personnel

informed that my consumer ID & connection is locked. Twice I have submitted my xerox documents

requesting to re-open it. but until till date it is not commenced. I am facing a lot of problem. I request

your good self to kindly re-open it.
