Delay in Delivery from Parul Gas Service, Delhi

I am a customer of indane with customer no 31378 and have been registed with Parul Gas Service Jharoda, Burari, Delhi-110084 . I booked my gas cylinder on 26th April with 1260 and my booking no is 151, till 6th May no delivery has been made by the agency. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.
